On November 14, 2025, The Strumbellas returned to History in Toronto for a night overflowing with warmth, joy, and the kind of communal energy that reminds you why live music matters. Opening the evening were School House, finally getting the chance to deliver a full set — and they made the most of it. Word spread fast around the room, with people asking who they were all night as they quickly won over a wave of new fans.
Then The Strumbellas took the stage, filling the venue with their trademark blend of heartfelt songwriting and big, uplifting indie-folk energy. The whole band was a joy to watch, but Jimmy — a perpetual motion machine of enthusiasm — helped set the tone for a show that felt both intimate and electric.
Photographer Lacey Davey captured the spirit, warmth, and spark that defined the night — explore the full gallery below.
