WHAT IS SHOWGRAPHERS?

First and foremost SHOWGRAPHERS is a platform to connect musicians & music photographers. It's main purpose is to give musicians a tool to find photographers and photographers the chance to get discovered. At the same time we want to showcase music photographers and build a community.

HOW CAN I GET INCLUDED IN THE LIST OF PHOTOGRAPHERS?

All you have to do is sign up and wait till we verified your profile. Make sure you add as much information as possible to your profile.

WHY SHOULD I SIGN UP?

We want to raise awareness of the importance of live music photography and make music photographers and videographers more visible. The more photographers register, the more attractive the platform will be for musicians. We will also keep our eyes out for job opportunities and share them with the community.

AND THE REGISTRATION REALLY IS FREE?

Yes!

HOW LONG WILL THE VERIFICATION PROCESS TAKE?

We usually approve new profiles within 24 - 48 hours. The more details you add to your profile, the easier it is for us. If you have any questions about the status of your approval, please send us an email.

I CAN'T SEE MY PROFILE IN THE LIST. WHAT IS WRONG?

Before you appear in the list, we need to verify your profile. This can take up to 48 hours but you will get notified via email. So if you haven't gotten a mail, please message us and include the email address you used for registration and your Instagram name.

I WANT TO CHANGE MY NAME, BIO, PROFILE PICTURE, ETC. CAN I DO IT MYSELF?

Yes. Just sign in with your email and password and click on "Update Profile". Please don't forget to save your changes.

I FORGOT MY PASSWORD. WHAT CAN I DO?

No worries, just go to "Sign In" and click on "Forgot password?". You will get an email to reset your password.

I CAN'T SIGN UP / SIGN IN. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Make sure your password meets the requirements when signing up and also check that you're using the correct email and password when signing in. If you still have a problem, please send us the error.

HOW CAN I GET FEATURED ON YOUR INSTAGRAM FEED?

We only feature pictures of photographers who signed up for the platform and usually we get in touch with you if we want to post one of your images. But feel free to send us a message on Instagram with the picture you would want to share.
