Intellectual Dissatisfaction is expanding its nationwide contributor network and looking for dependable concert photographers, videographers and music writers.

During our first three years, our team covered more than 500 artists across clubs, theatres, arenas and major music festivals. Contributors may be considered for assignments involving concerts, festivals, artist interviews, event reviews and commercial media projects in their region.

This is an independent contributor opportunity, not a salaried position. Assignments and compensation are not guaranteed. Some opportunities involve editorial press coverage with approved media access, photographer credit, a published portfolio and industry experience. Select commercial assignments, sponsored projects and paid media work may include compensation.

Ideal applicants should have:

A live-music, event or photography portfolio
Reliable communication
Access to appropriate equipment
The ability to meet assignment deadlines
Professional conduct when working with artists, venues and promoters
Reliable transportation within their coverage area
An interest in music journalism and visual storytelling

We're looking for a photographer/videographer to capture Boxing Club's set at Belladrum Festival on Saturday 1st August.

Our set is at 1:40pm on the Garden Stage.

We're looking for a selection of high-quality live photos and short-form video content for social media and future press use.

If you're interested, please send over your portfolio or examples of previous live music work.

Due to a clash, we have a spare photo pass for the show of House of Protection at Mikropol in Berlin on July 14th (tomorrow!).

The gallery would be published on the SHOWGRAPHERS Blog and Instagram. A short written review would be required (I could help with that).
