Spilt Milk has dropped a dream festival lineup, just one day after announcing the news of their comeback. Since the cancellation of their 2024 event, with organisers saying, “Sorry pookies, we couldn’t get you the Spilt Milk you deserve this year” and promised to “come back when I can make all your dreams come true”. This year’s spread is certainly one of the most unreal lineups the Australian festival scene has seen in a while.
Headlining 2025’s event is none other than Compton rapper Kendrick Lamar, recently performing one of the most memorable Super Bowl Halftime shows to date. With a long list of awards under his belt and a discography of world-renowned albums, Kendrick returns to the delight of Aussie fans for the first time since his 2022 tour.
Joining Kendrick is Swamp Princess, Doechii, making her Australian debut for the first time since scoring the Grammy for Best Rap Album this year. Her career has skyrocketed, following the release of her #1 Aria chart song “Anxiety”, which samples Gotye’s 2011 global hit “Somebody That I Used To Know”. Being named Billboard Woman of the Year, her appearance is one of the most highly-anticipated live acts on the list.
Singer-songwriter, rapper, and actor, Dominic Fike, is also set to lead the festival’s lineup. His performances at Laneway Festival last year were welcomed by screaming crowds, interestingly juxtaposed to his laid-back stage presence. Fans eagerly await his return following his 2024 “14 minutes” album release, which contains one of his most streamed songs “misses”

Beside these icons, international acts Sara Landry, Schoolboy Q, D4VD, Nessa Barrett, Skin on Skin, and Rebecca Black have also been confirmed.
We’re also being treated this year with some awesome local acts including - Rum Jungle, The Rions, Ninajirachi, Mia Wray, The Dreggs, South Summit, and Lyric.Tickets go on sale Friday May 9, with a presale happening from Thursday May 8.

With anticipation soaring since the lineup’s drop, tickets are set to sell rapidly. Festival season in Australia is officially kicking off!
