About Me
George Webster is a Magandjin/Brisbane-based lived event and entertainment photographer working across live music, film and television. With a cinematic eye shaped by his background in filmmaking, he specialises in capturing authentic emotion, character, and atmosphere both on set and behind the scenes.
His work spans major screen and cultural events, including the TV Week Logie Awards and the AACTA Awards, with experience across narrative productions, commercial campaigns, and live performance environments. He had worked with artists Gregory Porter, Mac The Knife and Masayoshi Takanaka. In 2026, he directed a music video for Nikon Australia and BlackLight. George’s imagery has been exhibited at the Museum of Brisbane and showcased by global photography communities including Rolleiflex.
Blending analogue (film) and digital photography, George offers a unique visual voice that feels contemporary, authentic, and deeply human.
