Damien CHARLES

Hi! I'm Damien, 24 and based in Brittany, France. I started shooting about three years ago, and haven't stopped since. As a big fan of metal, rock and artists with compelling visuals, I've made my niche in this genre, capturing many bands in the french alternative scene. My journey took me from small clubs in my hometown to larger venues and festivals such as Motocultor.

My work is heavily influenced by cinematography, comic books and film posters. I strive to create immersive, colourful and dream-inducing shots. To me, most of the story is not in the photo itself, but in what you do with it afterwards.

I'm a semi-pro photographer, and I'd like to take my photography journey to the next level. I'm available for one-off concerts (or tours eventually), with a preference for metal and alternative genres. I can also handle social media, BTS content or video extracts according to your needs.
